Dear Suzie?
"I didn't let it go all the way, but the other night I fooled around a lot with a guy. Sex has always been no big deal, but now I'm not sure what to do. I'm a new Christian. I told the guy no and we stopped. He was really mad. Why did I feel so bad? Does sex count if it doesn't mean anything?" - Kimberly, Age 15 Read Suzie's answer...

Cheekster – Living Out Loud - http://www.cheekster.fsnet.co.uk/ - The name was derived from Matthew 5v39, meaning "one who turns the other cheek." Targeting today's students and tomorrow's leaders, Cheekster is online for one purpose only: To serve up the Truth plain and simple, for a generation that thinks it irrelevant, a country that has forgotten it, and a world that needs it.

Introduction of new columnist, Jennifer Harman!
I hope you'll take a minute and welcome Jennifer Harman as a new columnist for Real Faith, Real Teens. She is amazing, and I think you'll grow to love her like I have.
Jennifer's story is featured in my book, "Real Teens, Real Stories, Real Life". Just after Jennifer's high school graduation, she dove into a lake and hit the bottom at three feet deep and broke her neck. She almost died and when she came out of the hospital, she had lost the use of her body from the neck down. How do you deal with that when you are used to playing the guitar, hugging your friends, hanging out, and planning to go to college? What do you do when your life is changed in a moment?
Jennifer shares her honest struggles in her life and faith. "Dear God" is Jennifer's journey. It is honest. It shares her doubts, her fears, and the days when God is so real that she is in awe. She invites you to join her as she explores her growing faith.
It's almost like reading her diary—no answers, no preaching, but simple words from the heart of a teen who loves God. Check out Jennifer's web site at http://wonderaboutjesus.com/.
Help Wanted:
I am still looking for regular columnists. If you can write a column by the 20th of each month and can write about topics in the light of faith, send me an e-mail with two sample columns. I'd love to see your proposed topics. I am looking for columnists that love God, that love writing and ministry, and who don't have to be reminded to send in a column.
Where Were You Last Month?
Well, I'm glad you asked. I came home from a conference in Colorado and had a checkup. I had cancer ten years ago and once they start sticking you, they just don't let you go. : ) I went in for my six-month checkup and they found something they didn't like and I had surgery. The great news is that it was benign. The bad news is that they had to perform surgery to find that out. I lost a lot of writing time as I went through yuk tests and surgery. But, I had total peace through the entire process. God was right there with me and I'm doing great.
The Book?
It's going to press July 2nd! The galleys are awesome. The cover is great. So far, bookstores are really responding and it will be available around the world on September 1. If you want to see the cover, go to http://daretobelieve.org/realteensbook.htm and check it out. See what people like Kalel of Pillar and Dave of SonicFlood are saying about the book.
