without Faith in our essence,
Faith is the tool
that brings us God's presence.
Kept Enoch from dying,
with Angels he soared,
Faith was supplying
his place with the Lord.
The world became dark,
men hostile, depraved.
Noah built up an ark,
by Faith he was saved.
Abraham measured,
to the fire he dared.
Give the son that he treasured,
by Faith he was spared.
To part the Red Sea,
and cross on dry land,
by Faith did he plea,
and Moses could stand.
Blessings of grace
chase doubts removal,
find Faith in it's place
to win God's approval.
Belief without seeing,
without reason, or feel.
Clothing your being
with Faith filled zeal.
For not with obeying
are we close to the Lord.
It's through our believing
we attain our reward.
Have Faith.
