Heads always turn when Celia walks into a room. There she must confront her cold and unapproachable mother, the losses that drove her away at the age of eighteen, and her own stubbornness.
Brandilyn Collins weaves a novel of concentrated emotion. Her words explode the senses with stabs of poignant grief, then caresses them with healing balm. The reader fully experiences each event as it unfolds. This is Christian fiction as it was meant to be.
